Specialty Care Designations
We have completed DSHS approved training for the following specialty care designations:

Staffing
Our facility is staffed with the following care providers:
Registered Nurses – On-call, 7days/week
Licensed Practical Nurses – Visits once a month or on-call 24/7
Certified Nursing Assistant – available 24 hours, 7 days/week
The former owner is working with us every time it is needed.
Cultural or Language Access
Our home is particularly focused on residents with English, Spanish, and Romanian language and background. We also respect and celebrate their holidays and birthdays.
Medicaid
We accept Medicaid payments if our client accepts semi-private (shared) room, if available, or if the residents are private paying for at least 24 months after the acceptance in our home. A 60 days notice is required prior to a private pay resident converts to Medicaid.
